How do I choose between the different session options?

If you want one focused session, start with 1 Session. If the pain and emotional pull feel deeper and more layered, the 3-Session Package is usually better. If the wave is hitting hard and you want urgent support, choose Priority or Emergency Care depending on how fast you need help.
